MEMBER BIRTHDAYS and ANNIVERSARIES

There are no member birthdays to celebrate today.  On Saturday, April 12, Anne Fults, Leigh Gates, and Darlene Millson have birthdays.  And on Sunday, April 13, Jimmy Strong has a birthday.  Remember these with blessings and best wishes.

• Item(s) Needed for Chase Park VBS

Tracey Boren needs your coffee and tea grounds for an archeological dig site.  Grounds can be dry or wet (if brought to her before they mold).  Keurig cups, loose grounds or filtered packs - it doesn’t matter.  Just drop them in a Ziplock or sealed container and give them to her or place at the Hospitality Desk with her name on it/them.  She needs some ASAP so even a small amount will help right now.

 

• Chase Park VBS

If you are helping/participating in VBS on May 31, please register as soon as possible (so we can have an accurate count for T-shirts).  There’s a QR code available or paper copies in the foyer.

• Chase Park Ladies’ Retreat 2025

Plans are being made to attend the Transform Ladies Conference (https://www.tlcladies.org) at the LeConte Center in Pigeon Forge, TN.  Friday through Sunday, September 5-7.  Registration ends July 31 and cost is $90/person.  There will be cabin/hotel accommodations.  The target cost for accommodations/food is $100 or less/person.

• LTL Service

Sunday, April 13, 5:00 p.m.  The LTL young men will direct the 5:00 p.m. service (song leading, scripture reading, lessons (speeches)) and after the service the younger boys will remain downstairs and they will demonstrate their songs and speeches.  The young ladies will go upstairs where they will demonstrate their songs and speeches. 

Be sure to stay and support our young people.
